Hewitt Clarke is a graduate of Meridian High School and Ole Miss. He was a Special Agent in the US Army Counter Intelligence Corps in Korea. He has lived in Houston, Texas for the last thirty years with his wife, Lois. His other books are Thunder at Meridian and Bloody Kemper.
